To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall 7 Cats Help or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, for loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, for loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the app, third-party software and\/or third-party hardware used with the app, or otherwise in connection with any provision of this Agreement), even if 7 Cats Help or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.<\/p>

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by 7 Cats Help on the Services, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and 7 Cats Help concerning the Services. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term of this Agreement shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and 7 Cats Help.\u201d\u2019s\u201d failure to assert any right or provision under this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
